If video files are provided to MMM, client is not required to pay for a one-hour video shoot. Client understands that if video or audio quality recorded by the client cannot be edited to the satisfaction to the client, MMM will be required to film new footage at cost to the client.
Regarding 4K Video:Most services (social media and television) are not equipped to display 4K video. Our equipment is capable of producing 4K, but in most cases, MMM will recommend 720 (social media, tv) or 1080 (presentations, tv). If you are interested in 4K, you must mention this at the Consultation. Regarding Customer Interviews / Reviews: This is an additional charge to the Services offered in the first graphic. You must invest in a videography session, a produced video, and the interview/review session. This requires additional set-up, equipment, and photo/video release wavers. Service must be requested before the event takes place. This equipment is not brought to shoots, unless it is needed.
